Can I order items to be delivered outside the UK?

Sorry, we are currently unable to deliver to destinations outside the UK. We are working on this and hope to be able to ship outside the UK in 2026.

Can I return or exchange my item(s)?

How long will my order take to reach me?

Please allow between 1-3 business days for your order to process after you've placed your order. During busy times (e.g. the Christmas period), it may take us up to 5 business days to process orders before dispatch.
When your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation to let you know it's on the way.
Tracked shipping - your tracking number will be included with your shipment confirmation.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link from our delivery partner. Simply click the link to follow your parcel’s progress.
Please note we work with multiple couriers, so tracking details may vary depending on your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once your order has been placed, we’re usually unable to cancel or make changes as it moves quickly through our system. If you need help, please contact us at enquiries@blackmirror.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once the order has been shipped we, unfortunately, cannot accept cancellations.
If you need to update your address and your order hasn’t been shipped, then please contact Customer Services with your order number and the old address and new address details. Once an order has been shipped we cannot alter a delivery address.

What if my order is incorrect/damaged on delivery?

If you find an issue with your order please let our friendly Customer Services Team know as soon as possible. You can contact them at enquiries@blackmirror.co.uk . Please note you will need to provide a photograph of the issue. Having received proof of incorrect/damaged or defective products and examined the defect / issue, if we agree that it is defective, we will either refund you or offer you a replacement.
